Agreement in plain kit
By downloading or using Picsbeat, you agree to these Terms of Use with Horhy Megal (“we”, “us”). If you disagree, do not use the app — there is no secret handshake that overrides a clear “no”.
What Picsbeat is
Picsbeat lets you turn a text description of a training session into a collectible-style player card. Artwork is generated with the help of a third-party image service; OVR, rarity, and stats are computed on your device. The app is a personal creative tool and album — not a brokerage, not a league commissioner, and not a guarantee that any particular session will mint a Legendary.
Your inputs, your responsibility
When you generate a card you may submit:
- Text you write yourself (workout result, names on the card, and related prompts), and/or
- An image you capture or choose yourself (Selfie mode).
You confirm that you have the right to use that text and that image. Do not upload photos of other people without a lawful basis to do so. Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or intended to harm others. Picsbeat is not a channel for users to pass personal data to each other — that pathway simply is not part of the product.
Third-party services you touch by using the app
Card art relies on fal as a third-party service, running Google Nano Banana models (text-to-image in Illustration mode; image-to-image editing in Selfie mode). Your generation request sends the creative material you provided — text and, when applicable, your image — not a side shipment of unrelated personal records.
The app may also use Firebase, Singular, and OneSignal as third-party services for infrastructure, attribution, and push delivery. Those vendors process what is needed for their role (often including a unique identifier for tracking or notifications). We do not run Picsbeat as a personal-data vacuum; see the Privacy Policy for the fuller story.
Ratings and rarity are local math
OVR values (within 60–99), rarity bands (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Legendary), and the six displayed stats are produced by on-device logic based on inputs such as effort and duration. They are entertainment-style game numbers for your album — not medical assessments, not official athletic credentials, and not something another user can “steal” through the app.
License to use Picsbeat
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Picsbeat on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store rules. You may not reverse engineer the app except where the law forbids that restriction, resell the binary, or strip branding to pretend the product is yours.
Generated art and your album
Subject to the rights of third-party model providers and applicable law, you may keep, save, and download cards created for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. We do not promise that every generation will succeed; networks fail, queues stall, and models can refuse odd prompts. Retry exists for a reason.
No warranties beyond the honest ones
Picsbeat is provided “as is”. We work to keep it useful, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service, perfect art every time, or that a Beast-effort ninety-minute session will always print a 99. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horhy Megal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Picsbeat or from third-party services (including fal, Firebase, Singular, and OneSignal). Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if the app was free).
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms and will refresh the date above when we do. We may also modify or discontinue features. You may stop using Picsbeat at any time; deleting the app ends the local album on that device unless you have exported cards yourself.
